I wanted to share my awesome experience today meeting JARELL. What a nice fellow. Not only did he answer all my questions, he helped me with so many other things I’ve had questions about regarding hotspots, iCloud storage, wireless, Internet, super appreciative of his expertise .

Had a terrible experience as a new Verizon customer. The employee with dreads and combat boots was absolutely 0% helpful in figuring out why I had 10 lines attached to my number and none of the switch and save credits were applied to my account. He also couldn’t help with why my trade ins were not listed either. I will take the extra drive to go to the store in orange.

Had a great experience at the store in Solon, with Darrius he was very helpful, friendly and very professional. We switched from T-Mobile to Verizon and are so glad we found such a professional who helped us with everything. He was personable, patient and easy to work with. Multiple times attempting to separate my son’s account from mine. They keep billing me an inappropriate amount of Jen I want the services to be separated. Switching to another carrier!
