Multiple times attempting to separate my son’s account from mine. They keep billing me an inappropriate amount of Jen I want the services to be separated. Switching to another carrier!

Extremely nasty staff who have no concept of customer service. The guy who appeared to be in charge (maybe a manager but I am not sure) was extremely impolite. This is why I never go to this location even though it is more convenient for me. Please stay away from the Verizon in Solon if you want to be treated with the courtesy and respect that everyone deserves. Justin quickly greeted us at the door and got us on the list for service. Darius was super helpful in assisting my son with activating his new phone despite his old one being dead.
