Sales representative misled me and left me paying the full cost of a new device after the fact. Completely unacceptable misleading behavior. I am in the process of switching to ATT after this unbelievable transaction.

Customer service unfortunately no longer exists at this location. Staff were not friendly or knowledgeable. Save yourself time and frustration and visit another location.

We’ve always had great customer service at the Solon store over the past 13 years…but today was the absolute worst service ever. We entered an empty store to find 5 employees glued to their devices. We were greeted by one who pulled up our account only to tell us when we stated we wanted to do a trade in with the free offer on our account, that we couldn’t do that in the store, only online. Brought my mom to the Solon location today to upgrade her phone. Once again, Quan knocked it out of the park! We were in and out in 1 hr 5 mins with a new phone, a better plan and a lower bill. And as usual, it was a seamless transition from the old phone to the new. Fantastic customer service (starting with Randall) and the employee's seemed welcoming to all. Win win situation...
