Brought my mom to the Solon location today to upgrade her phone. Once again, Quan knocked it out of the park! We were in and out in 1 hr 5 mins with a new phone, a better plan and a lower bill. And as usual, it was a seamless transition from the old phone to the new. Fantastic customer service (starting with Randall) and the employee's seemed welcoming to all. Win win situation...
