Extremely nasty staff who have no concept of customer service. The guy who appeared to be in charge (maybe a manager but I am not sure) was extremely impolite. This is why I never go to this location even though it is more convenient for me. Please stay away from the Verizon in Solon if you want to be treated with the courtesy and respect that everyone deserves. Justin quickly greeted us at the door and got us on the list for service. Darius was super helpful in assisting my son with activating his new phone despite his old one being dead.
Broke my old phone. Went to the Solon Verizon and was greeted by Dylan. Explained my issue and told him I was interested in the S25 Ultra. He pulled my account up and helped me not only setup and transfer all my data from the old phone,but also saved me money by showing me a newer plan that was better than what I had. Answered all my questions and made it very easy for me. I will be bringing my wife here to get her upgraded too. Thanks Dylan!!
