Justin quickly greeted us at the door and got us on the list for service. Darius was super helpful in assisting my son with activating his new phone despite his old one being dead.
Broke my old phone. Went to the Solon Verizon and was greeted by Dylan. Explained my issue and told him I was interested in the S25 Ultra. He pulled my account up and helped me not only setup and transfer all my data from the old phone,but also saved me money by showing me a newer plan that was better than what I had. Answered all my questions and made it very easy for me. I will be bringing my wife here to get her upgraded too. Thanks Dylan!!
If you value customer service, do not waste your time at the Verizon store in Solon. We’ve been loyal Verizon customers for over 19 years, and this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. We visited the store because my husband’s phone was stolen while we were on vacation. Instead of receiving help, we were met with complete rudeness and unprofessionalism. This Verizon store said they were unable to print a paper bill for me because my account was already closed. This is a Verizon corporate office, which does not even have a capability to print a paper bill for former customers who switched their mobile lines to another carrier. Once you complete a phone buyout deal with another carrier and transfer all your mobile lines, Verizon will immediately shut down your account, and you won’t be able to access your bill until the final bill is processed and mailed out to your mailing a... read more
The staff ( Cheryl Randall and Quan ) are absolute stars . They worked above and beyond to fix a problem that was a corporate issue and not the stores issue. But again the worked incredibly hard to fix it a d I am so very appreciative.
