Verizon has gone way downhill. Yesterday I purchased a standalone line for my LTE enabled, GSM unlocked smartwatch. On Verizon's website it says the watch may be activated on its network without any other devices or lines of service with Verizon. After 4 hours online with the chat reps yesterday, I decided to come to this location today to try and activate my watch. I am never wild about coming into the phone stores because I feel like it’s usually complicated and messy.. but Sihic helped me and was so patient with me and very informative and walked me through every step. Thank you for making this as painless as possible for me and thank you for your patience!
It is impossible to call this Verizon store. Verizon decided to use the absolute worst AI model possible to answer phone calls. Completely unintuitive. How am I supposed to know if they have the equipment or not? You don't...
My first and hopefully last time dealing with in-person Verizon personnel. Tried to return the Verizon Internet equipment, stores that were suggested originally didn’t work and I found this one on Verizon website.
