Andy quickly resolved my issue
Is one star the lowest?? One star is being generous. Incompetent staff, came to get a new SIM card for a 100 year old customer and I felt like I had aged 100 years during two worthless trips. I am on the account, but they acted like I was a criminal. They have a young staff that definitely needs more training. No SIM card today, account blocked after customer representative takes my info then asked to scan the Seniors ID.
Sihle was great! Very helpful to me and another customer he was helping at the same time. The other gentleman who greeted me at the door was very dismissive to me, right from the outset — even before I could remove my hat. I have no idea why. You need to take better care of your customers. Learn from Sihle!
Gavin surprised us with a charge. I tried to get a refund and he said “I’m pretty sure I told you about it,” which he did not. We are pretty disappointed and won’t be coming again.
