My first and hopefully last time dealing with in-person Verizon personnel. Tried to return the Verizon Internet equipment, stores that were suggested originally didn’t work and I found this one on Verizon website. Only to get rude and disrespectful experience with sales people (same apparently happened to another person in front of me). I bought 4 phones from here however when I come bk for help this bold guy you see here he don’t wan help me because it’s not a sale transaction. This place is bad to do business…they ruining Verizon reputation! I’m still here before the guy he sit with. He wan help him because that’s a sale transaction!!!

The staff was unruly and loud, and they incorrectly set up my new phone with a family members phone number instead of my own. They were distracted and completely unprofessional, even when I came back an hour later to explain the mix up - no accountability, no nothing. If you go to this store, watch what they are doing like a HAWK. It was only by chance that I noticed before the store closed what happened, if it was any later both my family member and I would have been without a phone for a day.
