My fiancé and I switched over to Verizon at this store about 2 months ago. The entire experience has been nothing short of an expensive disaster. I was an AT&T customer and they assured us that since my fiancé shared an account with his son, that starting a new account in my name, and transferring his line would be the most cost effective option for us.
