This is a very busy location the staff are all wonderful and very helpful anytime I've been in the store. Each of them always greet you when you walk in and always let you know if theres gonna be a long wait. Kara has a great crew and the Store is always clean. Great Job!!
Wasn't receiving texts on a A13 all the sudden. Figured I better talk to an expert. Found one in Steven at the Galesburg Illinois store. Perfect gentleman and after some diagnosis he was able to solve my issue. With a handshake and a smile. Great customer service. Thank you sir.
