The absolute worst customer service. They do not even deserve the 1 star
I was cold called by a sales representative at the Galesburg, IL Store last Wednesday. Steven discussed some options that could reduce my bill and improve my plans. I text him later to setup an appointment and received no response. I text him the next day about it again and still no response. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment online for Saturday. Don’t like that you can’t get anyone one the phone ever. Call customer services to get transferred or they give you the direct line and yet no answer.
Asked if they would help me with an issue with my total by verizion phone and they very rudely shut me down before I even finished talking. Like I get it you can't help me but why be confrontational about it.
