If you rely on your phone for work Verizon will screw you if you change to a different provider. I left and they locked my phone for 35 days and I paid everything off. Now I have lost most of my contacts for work and have to use a different phone to get everything back.

I have the best customer experience at the Verizon! Fabiana is the absolute best!! I had so many issues with tech support and calling, and this girl did not stop until my issue was resolved. She jumped through hoop. After hoop. I felt so bad to put her through all of it, but she was more than happy to help! this is the only location I will ever go to!
