I had a very negative experience with a employee here. He seemed like he could not care less about a resolution to my issue what so ever. And I left upset. To say the least. Thankfully my issue was resolved by executive customer relations team.
My mother was gifted a 2 year old Pixel 7. When she went to the Verizon store the reps blah blah blah we can't help you with your illegaly locked phone and kicked her out. Just gonna send a report into the FCC about not conforming to the 60 day unlock agreement.
