I was helped by Vontae and Katelyn. Both were amazing. Vontae made My family and I feel welcomed and he took great care of us. He was patient in helping my daughter get a new phone. Katelyn was super fast at troubleshooting the activation issue my daughter’s phone had. This is the best Verizon store in Amarillo hands down
I hate cpmming here. It's always the same thing... a whole bunch of sales representatives help in one person there's literally four people helping one person while there's lines of people everybody else
We went to the store at 11:00am. The store was closed said would open at 12:00 came back at 12:30 sign was changed to closed till Tuesday..... Again Verizon failed to deliver...
