The employees could use a course in friendliness
This is a very busy place and really needs more workers. I had a appointment cause I learned from last time. Still had to wait a little bit. When called the person was having trouble with my request to change a number. We dealt with him for about 10 mins when he asked for help. Neither could figure it out so he had me call the help desk somewhere overseas. Could hardly understand the person and she kept asking the same questions.
