We went to the store at 11:00am. The store was closed said would open at 12:00 came back at 12:30 sign was changed to closed till Tuesday..... Again Verizon failed to deliver...
I am very happy with verizon but the national outage today 01/ 14 was really disruptive could not call out or get text messages and my phone is my life line to my terminally ill mother and my service is still spotty hit n miss I believe we all deserve some type of discount on our bills as verizon wireless loyal customers my spouse n I have been with Verizon for a long time
The representatives don’t help just walk around and told us to figure it out online.
