Waited 45 mins. Was told I was on the list. Got a notification saying people were in front of me. Multiple people who came in behind me were assisted first and I had to ask an employee who was just hanging out on his phone to help me….. what a waste of my time.
Upgraded a phone today. Antwon was the associate who helped me and he was great.
I walked in to get a new phone. I must say it was the worse disrespectful customer service in my whole life. Wait was a little long about 30 minutes. I said I will wait. Guy offered scheduled appointment but I already drove here so why not wait. I also was making small talk and said I wish I knew how much it was to trade my phone, so I would not waist time.
