I walked in to get a new phone. I must say it was the worse disrespectful customer service in my whole life. Wait was a little long about 30 minutes. I said I will wait. Guy offered scheduled appointment but I already drove here so why not wait. I also was making small talk and said I wish I knew how much it was to trade my phone, so I would not waist time. This Verizon has amazing customer service. My boyfriend and I have been in multiple times and have been helped by Ben and Nicole along with other team membersand they were truly so kind and helpful.
Stop by to drop off an iPad I was trading in. I was greeted at the door. They took care of it immediately I was out the door in 10 minutes very clean well organize store.
