Great experience at this Verizon store. My family originally came in just to get a child’s watch phone activated, but thanks to Dennis, we ended up upgrading phones across the board—and we’re genuinely glad we did. Dennis the Menace was wonderful to work with!!! He was very clear and honest what we were getting into with new plans and upgrades for our phones. He was very effecient while chatting with us plesantly and had us in and out in less than an hour. Best customer service ever from Dennis!!

Verizon has absolutely the worst service. It's astonishing for such a big company. Fair warning, if you want to transfer a line from your plan, it is impossible. A third party does this and they have no idea what they are doing. The Verizon employees disavow any knowledge of who they are or how to assist the customer. It's incredibly frustrating

Hate this place. They have messed up the simplest things, like trading in a phone. The convoluted process is ridiculous and a perfect example of corporate inefficiency. I had to spend over 4 hours in the store to get their mistake corrected! Much of this is because they didn’t know what they were doing and would believe me when I identified their mistake. Yep, I was correct. Zero stars for this place and for Verizon corporation.
