EDIT, while they are fast to respond on this platform they did not so much as reachout to me. Flat out lied about trade in. I set everything up online when I came in they said the total was different but they would adjust it next day. They never did. Had they told me something was wrong with the phone or promo I would have been okay with it. But looking me in the eye and saying it would taken care of and not doing anything is not good buisness. go to any other location
Associate had an attitude that we did not want to continue with quoted services. Got a confirmation email after we got home. Apparently the employee proceeded to place the order 15 minutes after we left the business. Horribly disgusting business practices.

Went to switch my phone number to a new phone. The person who helped me was awesome and very friendly. (They would’ve got 5 stars) I waited for like thirty minutes for the phone to turn on and nothing of mine was on the new phone like they said it would be. the person who helped me was gone so I asked another worker for help and they completely pushed me off and never came back so I asked another worker and said they could not help me because they were closing.
