Worst customer service on the planet! Try calling! You will be walked through 10 min of computer talking prompts! Verizon has lost its was and its customer service! I am cancelling my service now and going with star link and streaming services! What an utter disgrace this company has become! Absolutely 0 customer service after they sell you services! They have lost the American way! Find another provider!
EDIT, while they are fast to respond on this platform they did not so much as reachout to me. Flat out lied about trade in. I set everything up online when I came in they said the total was different but they would adjust it next day. They never did. Had they told me something was wrong with the phone or promo I would have been okay with it. But looking me in the eye and saying it would taken care of and not doing anything is not good buisness. go to any other location
Associate had an attitude that we did not want to continue with quoted services. Got a confirmation email after we got home. Apparently the employee proceeded to place the order 15 minutes after we left the business. Horribly disgusting business practices.
