I went into the store to check out the new Samsung 8 watches and they were locked up and I could not try them on. The reason I give them 1 star is that when I called Verizon to see if they had the watches on display they said they did, but they did not disclose that you can't see how they fit your wrist and on some models you can't access the buttons through the security lock to try the functionality. A million times better than the trash store in Ramona. Nice folks. Long wait most of the time because they are busy. Helpful for sure

I have previously reviewed this business, but for some reason it didn’t show up here. My reviews ( if you check them) rarely have I come down hard on a business: these folks deserve all of the bad reviews folks have written. Here’s what happened. My wife and I were leaving for a trip and decided last minute to up grade our phones for the newer cameras on the 16 pro max. Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was by far the worst customer service interaction I have EVER encountered. I visited this store multiple times within a week, and each visit was made increasingly frustrating by one particular associate, Johnny. Not only was he dismissive and unhelpful, but he actively made the process more difficult through excessive nitpicking and misinformation.
