I would rate this store a 0 if I could! DO NOT GO HERE! They have no clue what they are doing. They told us if we switched to them they would waive our $175 of activation fees. They quoted us a bill of $272 and told us it included Netflix, HBO Max, Disney. Hulu, the phone insurance, and full home device insurance. I kept asking questions because this did not sound right to me. I really did not want the home insurance. I said "If I cancel the $25 home insurance does that total come off the $272 we are quoted?"
