An account representative here FRAUDULENTLY purchased a new phone and a SIM card on my account when I visited the store to purchase my phone. A representative here VIOLATED the trust of a customer. What's worse is that he also wreaked havoc on my account in his scheme to hide his purchases that I had to spend HOURS with corporate Verizon to fix the account. DON'T GO HERE!!!
There is a very well documented issue with a specific iPhone model, which I got at the Verizon store. Not only did they deny the issue, but they have no services to troubleshoot. As soon as they learned I wasn’t there to buy a new service or phone. They became extremely unhelpful.

I was able to get my business handled efficiently and professionally. I also witnessed other people being treated the same way. I love to hear genuine sales people who are not manipulative or pushy.
