Norma was awesome today! Gave me 100% attention and was very patient with me. She set up 2 phones and she untangled lots of my messes! Can't thank her enough for all of the help!
Lines are much shorter than the hard wired internet provider. Internet is good, bit it didn't work when I was operating a remote computer from my home to office due to high latency and varying bandwidth. Need hard wire system but they let me return router without penalty Its worth it if you don't operate a remote computer.
Avoid this location at all costs. The staff here are incredibly ignorant, rude, and beyond lazy. Their lack of responsibility is shocking. Many customers check in and wait indefinitely, with several people eventually walking out in frustration. The employees don't even acknowledge you or say hello when you walk in. It feels like they were hired without any training everyone is consistently disrespectful and incompetent. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I recommend going to any other store.
