It’s a terrible idea to make someone bring an old phone back in a 30 day period after you trade in a phone. I’m going to keep the new phone, why can’t you just take it then?

Omar was absolutely amazing, as soon as I walked in the door he helped me right away. I didnt have to wait at all. I tried everything to fix my phone and couldn't figure it out. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. We were trying to return 2 phones to Verizon. Verizon made a mistake upon receiving the first one and mixed up the phones. So, we were trying to return a phone that was already marked received on there system, but there was another of the exact same phone with a pending trade in.
