I never thought I'd leave a review for a Verizon store but I had such a great experience there yesterday. I purchased my phone online and picked it up at this location. Carol transfered everything to my new phone. She was so lovely and helpful. Sitting next to her was Desmond who was one of the most delightful people I have every met. Carol made the whole process of switching my plan over to Verizon super easy and painless. She was very patient and professional. She went over all my options with me & I appreciate that she wasn’t pushy at all during the process! Thanks to her I had a great experience here.
