I went to the Verizon store to purchase the new Samsung Galaxy Ultra and I was lucky enough to work with the rep Chris A. I was highly satisfied with his professionalism and his help getting me a great deal on the phone. I highly recommend asking for him if you visit this location.

This is ridiculous. I took my phone to UBreakIFix in the same shopping center. While they had my phone, they accessed my Google and gave you a one star review. I have only had normal interactions with your location. I have notified Verizon/Asurion of their actions.

Finally, an exceptional Verizon experience! I was talked into changing from a personal to business account plan several months back and the transition was a disaster. I continued to get billed for both and despite multiple trips back, it was not getting resolved. I decided to find a new store and was greeted by a guy named Justin then introduced to Jonathen, their business account specialist. Went over this weekend and it was the best experience I ever had when getting a new cell phone Andre was super competent and efficient switching over from my old phone and giving the right information to make good decisions. Could not be any more pleased. VZW Eatontown is my store and Andre is the guy to see.
