I went to the Verizon store outside the Farragut North metro and was not disappointed. Verizon Representative Davey Rivera assisted me and taught Kamari, a Verizon Representative in training, all while making sure I was timely and attentively taken care of. They made sure I canceled a service that I no longer needed and got me the best deal the store had without over selling me! They also told me a few new features that I did not know came with my plan. Terrible service. Walked in and waited for 20 mins without acknowledgment. I finally got someone to talk to me and they couldn’t help me. Waste of 30 mins.
Frank helped me make the switch from AT&T to Verizon. He was extremely knowledgeable, courteous, respectful, empathetic, and understanding through the entire process. He demonstrated the highest level of customer service at every single turn.
