Хотелось бы поблагодарить за прекрасную работу сотрудников этого отделения Verizon. К сожалению не спросил имя замечательного человека, который занимался со мною, почти не знавшего английского языка. Он уделил много времени и терпения, чтобы помочь с интернетом для моего недолгого пребывания в США. Спасибо.

Not sure if this is the worse Verizon in dc but it should be very high on the list. This was not the stories I meant to visit and it took everything in me not to regret coming to this one. These females that work there are snobby with an attitude that they really should check. No matter if they were about to leave or not, their professionalism should not change. I was a former customer at Verizon Wireless Mobile. After speaking with two Verizon Executive Representatives Sharon and Amanda, I was informed that Verizon doesn't guarantee usable service in a customer home-even when the address is located within their advertised coverage area. I was told that due to the of wireless radio transmission availability and quality may vary and not assured.
