My friend and I went in to gather some information about a router and the lady was extremely rude. Continued to be rude throughout the whole interaction. Would not reccomend going here. We were very polite to her so we are not sure where this hostility was coming from. I was not able to get her name unfortunately.
Verizon Wireless may be violating federal law by refusing to update my legal name, even after I submitted a court order, updated government-issued ID, and could have verified my identity using my Verizon account PIN. A male employee at a Verizon store refused to process the name change solely because I’m transgender.
