I honestly had the worst experience i've ever had with verizon. I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and this experience was it for me. I have not been able to use my service for 3 days. I have spoken with multiple care team reps, tech coach reps and supervisors over this period. I spoke with a supervisor and they advised me to visit a corporate store to reset my ESIM. Adan R. (who I believe is a store manager) at this location was extremely helpful, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. He helped us resolve a very complicated issue that we had spoken about with 4 other Verizon reps with no resolution before. Resolving the issue required multiple steps over multiple weeks, and Adan made sure to follow up throughout that whole period, consistently explaining what was happening and what he was doing and being very responsive and patient with our questions. I am a new business customer. Starting services with them took me 4 hrs. There was all this back and forth with them going to the back, and then coming back to the front. It seemed as if they were trying to work the best deal out for me, for the devices I needed, but after getting my first bill, I would have been better off with a personal plan. Verizon had an internet security breech. They sent me a new router but won't help me get it set up, now I can't get into my account on login to Verizon. All of the agents refuse to help me and transfer me.
