Verizon had an internet security breech. They sent me a new router but won't help me get it set up, now I can't get into my account on login to Verizon. All of the agents refuse to help me and transfer me.
With this being a corporate location, you'd think that the customer service would be great - that was not my experience. I will call and order online next time.
After a good experience purchasing a new upgrade for my phone, my number did not transfer as expected when I tried to set up my new phone. When I went back to the Verizon store, John spent two hours on the phone with tech support even after I had to leave for a prior commitment. John went above and beyond to help me fix a problem he had never seen before.
I am very dissatisfied with my recent experience. I clearly explained that I do not need an extra line, yet the representative kept pushing me to buy an iPhone 17 Pro Max with a new line I will not use. It felt like the focus was more on making a sale or earning a commission than on helping me find the best option for my situation.
