Compré 2 teléfonos ! Supuestamente en mi primera facturación solo venía al plan del teléfono más el precio del equipo! No pasaban de 200$ ambos teléfonos! Y en mi primera facturación me llegó casi en 450$ el primer mes! ES UN ROBO!! Ya que nunca explicaron eso y aún así yo pregunté si habían cargos adicionales y dijeron que no! Ahora mi factura es de casi 450$ el primer mes! Son unos estafadores! Pésimo servicio!
A guy named Ashton(or something similar) representing Verizon called and left an unprofessional voicemail following up on my interest in their internet service. He sounded like he was under the influence the entire time, and I could hardly understand him.
They have great customer service in all the stores I’ve been to. Over the phone kinda average customer service. Used to be they had the best coverage so it wasn’t as big a deal to pay more for service. These days they all use the same towers but Verison has significantly higher prices while not offering better quality or service. It’s hard to justify high end pricing for average services in any market.
