Julian was great with installing and describing all features. Added the protection plan to contract. Very professional. Great personality. Strongly recommend. Screen saver purchased was lifetime warranty only through company. Hassle getting a replacement. After having replaced by Verizon employee, screen saver had bubbles in just the same as before. Bought an otter box case and this is less than 1 1/2 years and its coming apart. Be careful of the warranty items purchased by dealer

I had an outstanding experience at this store. My husband set his phone back to factory settings, forgot his Google log in and we had a major situation on our hands . Dakota was very calming and good with us. He showed us our phone was under warranty and that took care of one of the problems. After the phone came he was really good about getting us up and running and gave a lot of extra suggestions.
