Associate or manager Were NOT helpful ..4 yr old phone didnt have otterbox nor screen cover..Didnt offer to order or search only offered AMAZON to self search !! POOR customer service..Maybe switching Services is what we need to do !!???

I would like to share an experience—specifically, a negative one. In April of this year, I decided to switch mobile carriers (I am currently with T-Mobile). Verizon promised favorable terms, but in the end, the bill turned out to be extremely high. The service quality is poor, and customer support is substandard—there are constant lines. I do not recommend this carrier to anyone. If any managers are reading these reviews, please take note! ☝️☝️☝️
