Customer service at this location is bafflingly awful. Staff is shockingly confrontational. I went in looking to see what options I had for my old phone, just trying to get it to survive a few more months. The manager looked at it and said, "nothing we can do for that." I replied surely there were options. He said "well, do you have insurance on it?" I said I did. Associate or manager Were NOT helpful ..4 yr old phone didnt have otterbox nor screen cover..Didnt offer to order or search only offered AMAZON to self search !! POOR customer service..Maybe switching Services is what we need to do !!???
