I wanna give a mayhor thank you to a good worker named Alvin! Yeah it was just a phone call but out of all the calls and going to Stantoun Verizon who could not help me what so ever. Alvin sure did! Someone give him a raise because not ones did he get irritated with me when I was asking for help. And he didnt hang up until the job was done. Your a real one alvin!!!
Julian Miller has been very helpful to our family on several occasions, helping us navigate issues with our family’s phones. He has been so friendly and understanding. He is a 5 star employee, for sure!
These guys suck, I had cancelled two lines in February 2023, now September 2025 I’m still paying for them, very irresponsible, I’ll file a lawsuit against them !
