Fantastic help and selflessness! I went in with what turned out to be an Apple issue with my phone, but was helped nonetheless by the incomparable Julian, who got on the phone with Apple support and worked to solve the issue. His patience, helpfulness, and generosity are greatly appreciated.

Not impressed so far. Ordered a phone for pick up. Received an email stating they'd "hold the order until the store closes on ___". No date anywhere. I called them to find out if I needed to pick up immediately or if I could wait until the following day. I got AI on the phone and could not get a person; I was on hold and AI hung up on me. Unfortunately, every time I go in there the entire staff seems to not want to be there or assist in any way. I went in to upgrade my 6 year old iPhone and when they pulled my account up it was listed as a Google Pixel (which I had 6 years ago), they told me I would have to call customer service because obviously I don’t have the pixel…I left 2.5 hrs later having spoken to 5 reps on the phone and a very rude and inattentive assistant manager named Pedro with no new phone and no resolution to the issue. One of the worst experiences I’ve had . I went in to Verizon with my younger brother we wanted to get our lines switched from T-Mobile to Verizon . We tried connecting our phones to the Verizon lines . But it showed that I was still under contract with T-Mobile for a year . We decided to go home that day because there was nothing we could do about the T-Mobile contract . 3 months went by and Verizon decided to send me a 97 $ dollar bill directly to collection .
