Would not recommend going here. I broke my phone while I was traveling a few months ago and stopped here on my way to my destination. Normally I go directly through Samsung, but I didn’t really have a choice this time. I do not recall the name of the young man that helped me at the store but according to his coworkers, he was new. Wonderful service provided by "Dakota"! Verizon very lucky to have him on your staff!
When I entered the store, reps were busy with other customers. I sat to wait my turn. Another couple entered the store, and the rep left his customer to help the couple who just entered. He spoke with them and told them they would be next. As there was nobody in line. I promptly stood up and thanked him for his service, and walked out. Went across the parking lot to another cell phone provider. It literally took 2 minutes for them to help me with my phone. Service at this store was terrible.
