We had amazing customer service at this Verizon store! Jorge was so patient as we switched our phones from Xfinity. Everyone was kind and considerate, very helpful. Product selection was great. Would highly recommend!
This is the worst cellular company out there. Please go to boost my bill has been wrong for four straight months after signing up all five of our lines with these clowns. Attennna service is horrendous. Just go to boost and avoid any problems. They care about customers still.
Anyone rating this place less than five stars is just upset about something they can't control. It's literally the best and only place to go! I've been going here since 2001! Only once in 25 years was I not pleased and that was a new employee that messed up. Oh well, life goes on. You'll not be disappointed going here. Might have to wait a bit. It's worth it.
Recently went to this location because my husband's phone shut down and completely stopped working. We asked about replacement phones that we could purchase that day without a payment plan that would be reasonably priced (i.e less than $1,000). The employee then tried to set us up with the new Pixel 9 on a payment plan, which was the exact opposite of what we asked for.
