Their dedication to finding the best solution for my account, combined with their friendly and customer-focused attitude, truly stood out. Unlike the experience I had at the Verizon store near Woodland Mall, the Grandville team showed what great customer service should look like. Worst customer service! Walk in to upgrade my phone and stand around for 15 minutes and no one even acknowledges that anyone is in there wait to be helped or try to put you on a wait list or anything! T mobile is starting to look real good about now!!
