Updated 2025: It would be nice if you followed your policy with appointments vs. walk-ins. We set an appointment ahead of time and none of these other people in here did that. It shows they are all walk-ins on your app for appointments. We were on time and the walk-in was helped before us. What's the point if you don't treat appointments as you should?
