Went to the Grandville Verizon store to purchase a new phone. I am a business customer and usually do this with my rep but was in a hurry so decided to go into local store. I dealt with Dan and he was very patient and courtesy to me. I wanted a white phone and they didn't have one so I settled for a different color. Only to decide a day later that I really wanted the white phone. He helped me jump through hoops to get everything done to have a white phone shipped to me and get the exchange made. We had amazing customer service at this Verizon store! Jorge was so patient as we switched our phones from Xfinity. Everyone was kind and considerate, very helpful. Product selection was great. Would highly recommend!
