I had an outstanding experience at the Verizon store in Pleasant Hills thanks to Destiny and Brandon. After spending time trying to resolve an issue on my account through an online representative with no success, Destiny and Brandon stepped in and went above and beyond to help. Went in to troubleshoot something on my phone, Jamie helped me out.
I went into Verizon on Saturday because my account had been suspended for an overdue payment, which I knew wasn’t correct since I had documentation showing the payments had already come out of my bank account. The store was very busy, but I calmly explained my situation to one of the representatives and showed that I had proof of payment.
