Lied straight to my face about Galaxy 26 model not being available in 512 GB. Lied to my face about there being no trade in credit for trading in a Samsung Galaxy 22 Ultra because it was too old. Convinced me the "best promo" was to open a 5th line on our plan and get $900 off the Ultra 26. First bill found out there was no promo and I'm paying full price and now have an extra line.
