I went into Verizon on Saturday because my account had been suspended for an overdue payment, which I knew wasn’t correct since I had documentation showing the payments had already come out of my bank account. The store was very busy, but I calmly explained my situation to one of the representatives and showed that I had proof of payment. I take no pleasure in flaming a business, but the lack of any customer service at this Verizon location tasks me to write this. I came to the store with my 85+ year old mother-in-law to ask why her service plan is over $100 per month? After a quarter of an hour of raised voices and escalation I did not get an answer. Now, the sales staff (and that's what they were because there was not a lick of customer service) convinced me, as I left the store, that I needed to take her business elsewhere.
