The bleach blonde employee was extremely rude , unprofessional, and knows nothing about plans and how to keep customers. First of all you dont go into someone's plan and say wow your plan is crazy so many lines. And then contradict everything a manager and 2 other reps stated about my plan i have been with verizon for over 10 years I have not missed a payment. Worst customer experience ever. It took six hours of phone calls over two days to switch a phone number from a business account to a prepaid account. They demanded to run a credit check for a prepaid account which is COMPLETELY unnecessary.

I hate this store so about nine months ago. I purchased my phone here whatever I was told after a year I was able to upgrade my phone oh no, they don’t do that. No more you have to pay off the full device and then trade it in for something or upgrade. So the whole time I’m thinking I would do for an upgrade here soon here to find out I don’t get one That’s OK cause I’m gonna trade my phone into t-Mobile they’re going to pay off my remaining balance and then I can upgrade thank you, Verizon. You just lost another person.

I recently made the switch from Xfinity to Verizon FIOS, expecting a better experience. Unfortunately, the opposite has been true. Verizon’s customer support has been nothing short of appalling—disorganized, untrained, and at times, outright clueless. It’s clear the support staff lacks both technical knowledge and the basic tools to assist customers effectively.
