I went into Verizon on Saturday because my account had been suspended for an overdue payment, which I knew wasn’t correct since I had documentation showing the payments had already come out of my bank account. The store was very busy, but I calmly explained my situation to one of the representatives and showed that I had proof of payment. I take no pleasure in flaming a business, but the lack of any customer service at this Verizon location tasks me to write this. I came to the store with my 85+ year old mother-in-law to ask why her service plan is over $100 per month? After a quarter of an hour of raised voices and escalation I did not get an answer. Now, the sales staff (and that's what they were because there was not a lick of customer service) convinced me, as I left the store, that I needed to take her business elsewhere. Didn’t even try to help me seemed like they would rather me just leave then try and sell me anything it was awful just wanted a new phone

Trash absolutely dont go here unless you like overpriced stuff. And being lied to by people that just suck .
