The service was fabulous.
My company has been a customer for 20+ years and never sought additional service or products. Paid on time never complained but today I went in to take care of broken glass. I've been told I am entitled to a free phone but if I want to move my data to the new phone it's a $30 charge. After 20 years that does it. Cancel my contract. I'm sure you can replace me and I certainly can replace you.
I upgraded my service and replaced two devices in 12/2024. I could not be happier with any aspect of the transactions. Alexander was just perfect.
