The service is terrible, nobody knows anything here. The staff is very rude, and they disconnected my phone because I couldn't find the bill to pay for three lines. I went to the store, and no one could give me an answer. I don't recommend it, I don't trust them, and I will never use Verizon again.
Come to this store!! Lizandro was extremely helpful, patient and competent. Been dealing with billing issues for MONTHS and he was able to help me by taking his time going through notes to advocate for me. Highly recommended this store if you want good/ competent service 👍
