I went to this Verizon location as a "leaving customer". We had four mobile lines out of which we transferred three to another service provider and cancelled the fourth line. As part of the transfer to the new provider we were offered a phone balance buyout which required documentation I failed to get from Verizon's website before transferring and canceling all our lines. Fantastic Verizon store!!! Matt took the extra time to find us the best deals for our family plan and trade in's and actually saved us money on our account. Woo-hoo! Then we came back in the next day with one of our old phones we did the trade in with and Cathy then took the time to help us with more questions and clearing off the phone. Thanks to Cathy, Matt and the Verizon team at this location, they are super friendly, patient and helpful!
