Honestly I feel as if I have to give a 5 start review. I came in here a couple days ago, with my phones not working, I had a long day and I can admit I had a bit of an attitude. But the crew kept their calm, kept their cool, helped me solve my problem, and stayed professional the whole time. Jared is the best! He took great care of me and my Mom after a weeklong ordeal with Verizon online chat support. Jared greeted us with kind energy, and after listening to the issues leading up to our visit that day, compassion and enthusiasm to help us resolve (which he did!). His patience remained throughout our visit—almost two hours! Salamuch, Jared!
