Jared is the best! He took great care of me and my Mom after a weeklong ordeal with Verizon online chat support. Jared greeted us with kind energy, and after listening to the issues leading up to our visit that day, compassion and enthusiasm to help us resolve (which he did!). His patience remained throughout our visit—almost two hours! Salamuch, Jared!

Came in to upgrade my phone on a whim, and the gentleman who helped me, Matt, was very polite, very helpful, and very accommodating to what I wanted to get done. The visit to the store didn’t take too long, and I was able to upgrade without trade-in as well. I also appreciated the light chat that was exchanged while we waited for my new phone to load up all my apps and everything.

I was trying to do a warranty exchange and called this store multiple times to confirm they had the device I was trying to exchange in stock. They do not answer the phone. I was in another Verizon store and they tried calling a separate number and had no luck as well. After driving 35 minutes to the store I found a full compliment of employees with no customers. Perhaps Verizon should check to see if their phones are actually working.
