Verizon is the absolute worst! The customer service is terrible and they lied saying we would get great service. i never have any service, messages barely send, nothing ever loads. the workers also messed up SO MANY things, were rude and no help when trying to fix it. WORST PLACE EVER
My husband went in when they had a deal to bring a phone and get a FREE phone 2 YEARS AGO, he was eligible for an upgrade at that time as well, well free wasn't free, he is still paying payments on his phone that was supposed to be free. Then 1 year ago I went in for an upgrade and said give me whatever phone even up, my husband just notified me yesterday, upon careful look over at our bill, THEY GOT ME TOO... Shout out to Austin, he was the one to get me my new phone and the phone who helped me add an esim to the phone I have now. He's really straight forward and quick, he knows what will work and what won't
