Husband upgraded his phone in Lone Oak at Wireless Zone and the experience was awful. Decided to upgrade my phone at this store and the experience was fantastic! Made an appointment and didn’t have to wait. Sales rep was extremely professional and courteous. Got a better discount than we were offered across town. The phone set up was smooth and problem free. As far as the phone service goes, I’m very happy with it. The customer service you get at the store in Paducah is hit or miss. We had a really nice girl the first time to take care of us but we’ve had issues with the HBO Max and Netflix we purchased through them. We can get the Netflix fine, but the HBO Max has been a nightmare. We had to go in about something else. I asked her if she would help us. Nope. No help at all. I was very impressed with the service we received from both Jarrett and Lilly. They were of great help and answered all of our questions. They are very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would highly recommend doing business with them at the Paducah location.
