Kristen helped us. Never gave her name at first I had to ask later. She was very rude and did not even work with us on any deals , plans etc.. she was nasty towards me when i asked for to get same plan for my husband as i had gotten a few months ago. Kept telling me that i had a deal with mine & I know i never did ! She is not customer friendly at All !!
