Started service at this Verizon store after being told by the store manager our monthly bill would be locked in at $150/month for 36 months. This was not true and i have had to go into the store multiple times for them to correct the bill because customer service cannot help me over the phone. Switching my mobile service to verizon was the worst decision I ever made. Verizon is a horrible service provider and this location is a excellent representation of that. I've since moved my service to another carrier and have stress free service across the board. I'll never do business with Verizon ever again. Sure, they contact me once a week with come back offers, but it's a waste of their time and effort.
Management and floor leaders remained extremely patient when family and I went in for a massive phone upgrade. They even stayed after hours in order to do the phone transfer. Their efforts are much appreciated.
