Came by here yesterday to open 2 new lines under my account.. the gentlemen in the area was nice yesterday but today his whole attitude change.. I went in and wanted to just open two line.. i called in the morning and ask if i need to bring my phone in, and said no..i came back today and the gentlemen instead of doing what I’ve ask him what i wanted. I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. It felt like the employees were unhappy to be there, and their rude behavior toward each other and customers was noticeable from the moment we walked in. I went in to swap numbers on a phone, and you would have thought I asked for something outrageous. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever received. Moving to a rural area so l had to change carriers. Everyone recommended Verizon. Met with Fabio who was VERY knowledgeable about what I required. He found the perfect plan for my needs and had me switched over within a few minutes. Never did l feel anything but appreciation when I asked questions. I highly recommend you stop by this location. You won’t be disappointed!
