On September 23rd, I visited the Verizon store located at 890 Lawrenceville–Suwanee Road, Lawrenceville, GA 30043, and received outstanding service from Assistant Manager Truly Daye. If you’re looking for excellent customer service, I highly recommend visiting this location! Manager tried to get me to pay off my old phone while doing an early upgrade. I hope your new and just didn’t know how an early upgrade worked, because if not, she’s desperate for sales, and the store is going under. I was doing her job driving back and forth talking with the lavista location to figure out what was supposed to happen. Just so you remember, you don’t pay off your old phone for an early upgrade if the phone has been 50% paid off and is in good condition, then you can upgrade to a new one. I am so glad I decided to come to this store! The Sales Rep Shay was Awesome!! Down to earth and her willingness to help make sure my kids & I received the best deal was her top priority! We had a small bump in the road but the assistant manager Truelly was great and made sure I was able to get my phones that day!! Customer Service was Superb!!! If I could give the store 10 stars I would !!! Thanks Ladies!!!
The worst customer service ever! The owner of that store need to take all those employees to somewhere like an Apple store or a Publix supermarket so they can learn what actual customer service with grace, a smile, caring and helpfulness is actually like.
