I am very disappointed with the treatment my family received at Verizon recently. My mother-in-law has been a loyal Verizon customer for over 22 years. When we went in for account verification, the representative refused to accept her ID UNTIL WE CHANGED THE Verizon account name. because her account shows her middle name spelled out and her last name while her driver’s license only lists her first middle initial and last name. Went to get service for my son’s Apple Watch. They didn’t help to put service on the watch and get it set up. I regret ever getting Verizon.
