Cannot remotely recommend this place. Came to solve an issue with returning my router. They made us call the support line ourselves (refused to call for us), so we spent the whole time there on hold to try and address a fraudulent charge. Honestly, if this is Verizon’s standard of support, avoid this company at all costs.

I entered the store to get some help on my order. Not even a single employee approached me. I approached an employee and they did not even care to help, brushed off my request and told me to call customer service. I could also see other customers arguing with the staff because their requests were not being resolved. The store was unwelcoming and I would not go there again. Please improve your customer service. Idk why the staff is even there if not to help customers. Is it to sit there and clock out of work?

Helped me quickly and efficiently. Kind enough. Fortunately not busy when I went. I had to go here after a retailer down the street couldn't help, and the experience at the 900 block of walnut Verizon retailer was really lovely. Would recommend them if you can get what you need addressed there.
