Fraudulently created an account in my name and charged my account without completing my sign up process. Been trying to cancel but the company agents keep transferring me to other people.

Derrick the manager is the best. That place is crazy I don't know how he does it. He took great care of me and I feel like a valued customer. Yay Verizon.
I was a mess before I came in and saw Derrick and Mason. I was a little anxious and tried to get help immediately. Derrick stepped in and let me know my place in the queue thing and then he helped me get all these nasty viruses and now I can watch next flix and HBO max anywhere I want for $10. I feel so much better my phone is working and now I have more entertainment.
