I wish I could give 0 stars the customer service was so bad I would love to switch carriers. I walked in and said “excuse me how are you? I need help with my phone payment.” And the MANAGER said “can you not see I’m talking with someone? Check in online and wait in line”. I was already checked in at this point. I just left and am not coming back :/

I visited that location because I needed the screen repaired on my Samsung S-4 Ultra. After waiting 20 minutes I did get waited on and was able to schedule a repair. But I also wanted to get a case after picking up the case I was trying to get the attention to the person waited on me but assume you associated me and waiting on two or three other persons. Frustrated I put the phone case back and left the store. A week to you later I went to that location a second time because I needed a case and screen protector for my repair... read more
