Zero stars if that were an option. I spent nearly four hours in this Verizon store and left feeling like I had just participated in a case study on how not to run a business. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that nobody was on the same page about anything. Derrick is a miracle worker! Prior to coming to this store, I spent hours on the phone with Verizon trying to transfer service to my new iPhone, hitting dead end after dead end. I walked in without an appointment at my wit’s end. Derrick was so patient, and he got my phone working (something 5+ reps over the phone couldn’t do). Grateful for Derrick’s expertise as well as the friendly customer service from other reps at this store.
Rasheed was so helpful and patient during a stressful time for me. I lost my phone and was about to leave on a trip. It was complicated to get a new one but he worked with me and came up with a plan to get me a phone for the weekend. He stayed after closing to help me out. I’m a nurse so I got off work at 7:30 and rushed over to him right before 8pm. He took me in with grace and got me a new phone in 10 mins. Update from my visit on 2/8/2026: I am shocked at the low rating store has. Once again I had to go in for assistance and had an amazing experience with the team there. Specifically from Rashid. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and expeditious in resolving my problem. He was also very friendly and I am grateful that Da'ron saw to it that I got the help I needed.
