Worst ever customer service you could find at Verizon on walnut and 15th street . Avoid this store at all costs . All the associates and especially the manager ( 40 y old guys short and with braids ) . This guy was so rude to me as a customer I wanted to cancel all my Verizon accounts . He should get fired . I was there to fix a problem because when I subscribe a new business account for one of my employee and they took the wrong email credentials ( misspell the email wrongly ) so I could not receive any bills ... long story... read more

Every time I come into this store with a problem they either fix it or point me in the right direction. For example, I have worked with an employee named Rasheed multiple times on port issues over the last couple days and he has helped me every time and has been very empathetic to my situation I have worked with Derik and he has sat on the phone with customer service and helped me. Had an amazing experience at this specific Verizon location! I am a mother of 5 boys that are highly energetic and Very creative in dismantling important items like phones and tvs …unfortunately. I walked in with 2 phones that were out of order and no more credit available to upgrade. That did not stop Daryl, the technician that helped me today, he went through every possible way that we could get the phone fixed or replaced and explained everything clearly.
