Z was wonderful! He helped my mother-in-law find a new phone and get everything set up. He was incredibly efficient, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. He made everything easy and stress-free. Thank you, Z, for the excellent customer service!
Ryan was terrific! He went above & beyond to help me with my data troubles, which had to do with the plan I was on. Once he changed my plan, everything worked - AND the plan was cheaper!! Thanks so much, Ryan!
If I could give this place zero stars I would. It’s bad news. Nobody wants to wait on you and the customer is an imposition.
