Went into the kirkman location yesterday and there was a long line. The manager named Diego greeted me and asked what brought me in today and was making sure everyone in the store had been helped or spoken too. Very busy store but Diego had one of the store representatives Jeremey p, make sure to get me set up with a new phone and transfer all of my stuff. Diego and Jeremy were very approachable and made me feel comfortable even though I have troubles using my phone . Thank you for the new phone and great service!
They messed up my entire phone plan/bill and lied about how the plan was going to work/cost would advise going to any version besides this one also the manager will not call you back or try to help you at all tried to get help for 2 weeks before making this review Oj is also just trying I make sales he will lie to you about everything
Upgraded to 2 new phones today. Also wanted to get a watch, but they did not have the watch we wanted in stock. When I noticed that one of the phones was previously opened, the salesperson said it was only because they previously showed the phone to another customer, and assured me it was a brand new phone. I was uncomfortable with this, as I had never previously paid for a new phone that had been opened “for show”, but neither associate would get an unopened box.
