The manager Mike and and one of his awesome team techs "Ricky" are an awesome duo that helped me tremendously with my network dilema.
Everything about my experience at this Verizon store was pleasant today. There was a very short wait time for a Saturday afternoon. Donald made sure to tell us about all of our options moving forward with my phone. I never once felt overwhelmed or pressured to buy a phone I did not want. He was a little shocked that I wanted the bright green version of the Google Pixel, but he didn't judge : )

I am writing this review to warn others about the unbelievably poor customer service I received from Verizon. My recent interaction with their support team was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company, and it has led me to cancel my service.
