Came in to upgrade my phone. Wanted a google pixel, it was available in store. Came in and was told I could not upgrade from an iPhone to an android. I proceeded to show the rep that I can, in fact, upgrade to the pixel while using my app. Then was told that I can’t do so in store, and would have to ship it. Even though it was available in store. Scam and Worst Service Ever Today I tried to switch my phone plan from AT&T to Verizon. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes, only to end up with nothing. The store manager had an extremely rude attitude. The monthly plan was supposed to be $60, but the customer service rep initially quoted me $100, claiming there were extra fees for starting a new account.
