check what you asked before you leave. There is nothing free, as they say. I back home with different price, plan , that I asked. unfortunately, it was a very bad experience with that place.
I never leave bad reviews but this one i had too 15 year customer with Verizon and the last 2 years have been pretty bad with customer and phone service. Had a paid off iPhone that i traded in because they said they would give me credit but they left out the part that you have to be with them for 3 years so once i switched carriers they charged me the full price for the iPhone and i basically lost my money from my paid off iPhone i traded in. Came in to upgrade my phone. Wanted a google pixel, it was available in store. Came in and was told I could not upgrade from an iPhone to an android. I proceeded to show the rep that I can, in fact, upgrade to the pixel while using my app. Then was told that I can’t do so in store, and would have to ship it. Even though it was available in store.
