This place is a deceptive store. Representative Douglas Soto is a liar who sells a service with bad intentions; don't believe anything he says. When you come back to the store for an explanation, he acts like he doesn't remember you and refuses to let you speak to the manager.
I had ordered a phone on line and they sent the wrong one. I went to the store to get some help trading the wrong one for the right one. I Enter the store and a female agent came and greeted me. I later found out her name was Janiya. She pulled my account up, and I said “ Oh, your account is blocked for 24 hours.
