I am writing this review to warn others about the unbelievably poor customer service I received from Verizon. My recent interaction with their support team was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a company, and it has led me to cancel my service. On 9/19/25, I visited Verizon customer service to discuss my preordered device. This representative I was connected with, this associate was immediately dismissive and condescending. Terrible customer service. Reps just standing around not appearing that they had customers waiting. Go to another store.
Ricky is the man , the deal seemed too good to be true . But it was legit . Excellent customer service , will be back again . This is the only Verizon store I’m spending my money at
