Kind of pointless that they cant help with my verizon account for internet/TV. Only cell phones or sm??? I've been struggling with verizon and keep getting no support. I hoped maybe in person could help but they don't do internet/TV support. :/ Cell phone yes but even then they don't know much information. hit or miss. When I had Verizon the employees were always nice and professional. I have T-Mobile and I switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. I would say I do like Verizon's network a lot better than T-Mobile's network.
These guys are only focused on sales and committing fraud. We went in to add a new line only but for reason the sales associate added two additional services to the bill without our consent or telling us. They are only focused on making their daily sales quotas and don’t want to help customers. They also will lie to tell you what you want to hear and then make up something when you call them out on it. An absolute horrible way to do business I would stay away from this branch. Got there around 10:15 am the two Hispanic female employees working there didn't even acknowledge me as if I didn't exist or belong there, no smiles or greeting! the one near the front had attitude all over her face,I received a message saying I was next ! in line but a man walked in and walked right up to the one near the front with a question and she started helping him, even though she knew I was waiting!! nobody in the store wants to help too busy hanging out. I have a 40 line business account. My account was taken advantage of, and I’m trying to go over the bill. All of a sudden when I mention I want to cancel certain things I have to deal with the business manager, who coincidentally is off and not around and has no schedule and also can’t handle my account. This place is a waste of space.
