Today, I had to visit this Verizon Store for assistance with transferring three new phones. I was fortunate to be assisted by Belkis, who was exceptionally helpful and patient. Her knowledge was impressive, and she provided truly outstanding customer service.
Absolutely unacceptable experience at the Verizon Wireless store in East Brunswick, NJ. I ordered two phones directly from Verizon. Verizon shipped me the wrong model. Customer Care explicitly instructed me to go to this store to exchange the incorrect phone for the correct one. That should have been a straightforward fix for Verizon’s own mistake.
