Do Not Do Business Here! I don’t like writing reviews but this location and their service is by far the worst I have ever dealt with . I switched her from a different carrier sometime about a year and a half ago and they messed up my account . They sold me on plans that they didn’t honor and promotions that were not reflecting on the bill . The representative In the store didn’t try to help me out. And didn’t tell me that they couldn’t do any anything just let me wait for more than one hour and then told me that the agreement I had Was invalid. I didn’t have any dispute with them and I don’t know why they are so unfriendly and ignorant.
Senior manager Belkos Melia saved my phone and my husband's. We both went in with serious phone problems. Belkos listened to us and proceeded to work on the phones one at a time. She quickly found the problems and knew how to fix them. Her customer service is excellent. Her assistant Tefani has a very good knowledge of cell phones and was very helpful as well. We are so relieved we do not need to buy new phones and thankful to Belkos and Tefani. .
