Very cold facility. Staff barely makes any eye contact or tells people we'll be with you shortly. Some lady at the desk who asked to help us after 30+ min of waiting around only to be told my mother of 22 years as a customer could not receive a discount if she upgraded her phone. Went to Somerset verizon and she had a 1k loyalty discount, was greeted right away and was in and out. I'd avoid east brunswick. Cold and short
Horrible, Horrible non service at this location. No one cares here. All they want to do is bait and switch. And, once we call customer service for help, rep walks away as if we had the plague. Avoid this location.
Unfortunately, I was at this location today. A total waste of my time only one person working and 4 waiting before my turn. I was there for a couple minutes then, I left the location even though I signed in with my phone number and e-mail I did NOT GET i call back or email. Extremely poor customer service. To me time is unrefundable. I did go to another carrier and did my business with a different carrier.

One star is too many. Every visit here is a time warp. I have spent 3 hours to get a phone upgrade which I could have probably gotten online in 5 min. You bounce between incompetent representatives at the store and incompetent phone support, where right hand doesn't know where the left hand is. And it's been exact same way 2 years back last time I was here.
