not sure why there are still physical store locations for Verizon. Wanted to get home 5G internet, they filled out the form but model was shipped to home. When returned item due to speed I was told the store can not cancel it for me I have to call myself and then return the modem

Phone became locked by mistake. Visited the store and was greeted by Jose. Very helpful and was able fix the problem in about 2 minutes. Great service.

The store manager Mayra and Ricardo were fantastic and incredibly helpful. They really went the extra mile to help me out. I'm not the best with tech and had been having a tough time with my phone for months, but they were able to resolve my issue. I've been to a couple of stores that wouldn't help me, but this place finally got it sorted. I'll absolutely make the extra trip for this kind of customer service!

I’ve been a Verizon customer for over 15 years, and this was one of the worst in-store experiences I’ve had. Manager Mayra Lopez signed me into the queue, then disappeared to the back while I waited over 45 minutes. Two customers who came in after me were helped first. When I asked if she could assist, I was told she “doesn’t really help customers.” Completely unprofessional. Verizon should not tolerate this kind of service

I upgraded to the Samsung S25 Ultra. The associate explained everything, and answered all my questions. Verizon has been great the last 6 years. Thanks again for everything.
