If I can give this place 0 starts I WOULD!! why would they tell you they accept some sort of passport or ID and when you come to look at your account they say they do not accept it . So why even add me to an account knowing what kind of identification I have and then not help me?!? Make that make sense or you ALL need training again and be on the same page on what you take and don’t take ! WASTE OF MY TIME GOING THERE!
Finally have left verizon and what I can say- they tricked my partner and I into a contract and literally lied to us when we created our plan. I paid out the phones to leave as I've gotten zero respect from this company over the past year or so and when you transfer this company will charge you as additional $10 to have a rep help you- which is required as they close your account when you transfer and you cannot acsess it without an online agent.
