I have been with Verizon for over 10 years, one of the reasons I've stayed is their customer service. I brag how excellent their customer service is usually . This is by far the worst I've ever received (I understand policy's and such can change ) but every time I've ever had to file a claim I've gone to the store to make sure I'm doing everything correctly/sometimes they can handle it in store. Lane is my dude! He helped me setup my business& Personal phone and hooked me up with a good deal. He was extremely knowledgeable and very respectful. Keep up the good work!! Update had some issues with billing but Mark (consumer manager) was awesome and helped us out!
