They tell you whatever they want and rob u on your next bills. Then when you go back in store they tell you sorry but u have to call customer service for billing issues I'm over it.I just my took my business to another company. I was a loyal customer to Verizon for 18 years never again will I step foot back into Verizon

Let me tell you about my new phone guy, Derek Lee. I was at my wits end with verizons bs after being with them for 13 years and I walked in to cancel and flip the bird. Derek broke everything down for me and explained it all. He took my bill from 377 a month to 228. Attn Verizon Corporate Derek just single handedly saved a 13 year customer. He's an absolte stud and you're lucky to have him!

Of all of my times, having to stop at a Verizon store this was by far the most pleasant experience if you go in here ask for Brandon I would drive to this Verizon store any day to work with Brandon because he took care of everything effortlessly painlessly and he had such a positive attitude. I left in a better mood thank you, Brandon.
