AT&T send me 2 debit Visa cards to payoff my cells because I had switch from Verizon. Went to this store last night to payoff my debt and the lady there told me that Verizon won’t accept the cards as payment because of security reasons. I am so pleased with Verizon/Cellular Sales right now! I was lucky enough to receive assistance from Loyd Bonner. I am not joking when I say that this is by far the best customer service I have ever encountered anywhere, period!!! First of all, my issue was as convoluted as can be. Malfunctioning iPhone, no working touchscreen, 3 different phones and iPhone accounts on a single plan, all the same model of phone.
