I am so pleased with Verizon/Cellular Sales right now! I was lucky enough to receive assistance from Loyd Bonner. I am not joking when I say that this is by far the best customer service I have ever encountered anywhere, period!!! First of all, my issue was as convoluted as can be. we have been lied to from day one about our service and bill. signed up on may 8th and got a bill 2 weeks later for well over what our monthly payment was to be and we hadnt even turned in our trade in phones because they screwed up the transfer of data.. have called and lied to 13 times about straightening out our bill. we were charged for items we didnt request or agree to as well . now they haver suspended our service without cause saying our bill is past due! yet we have been over charged for 4 months by $100. bad people... read more
