I had a terrible experience at this Verizon Authorized Dealer store. The salespeople, including the manager, make false promises just to sell their products. They assured me that my plan would be $25 per line, but conveniently failed to mention the additional taxes and surcharges, which brought the total to around $33 per line—almost the same as T-Mobile($35)! DO NOT MOVE TO Verizon. Specifically this store. Promised 42 per month and ended up paying 78 per month. Worst worst do not move to Verizon.
Such a bad service and the operators are lying so much!! One said something and other said something!!! And if for some reason they caught by customer they said they don't know why their other representative did so! I had a bad experience never recommended them at all nor reliable neither trustworthy!! So sad experience !
