Good parking and easy access.
Can be fine when one of the employees actually decides to help you, but if you need help with a problem other than buying a new phone most of the time you’ll end up with someone who just tells you to figure it out yourself.
This review is for LINDA. Verizon’s policies and the store service can be frustrating, but Linda is exceptional. Last year and again this year, she was the only one who really took the time to help and solved my problems. Truly appreciate her dedication!
Linda's service are excellent - getting help from her at this location is incredibly valuable. We came in wanting to get a physical card, but when we first asked another staff member, they told us they didn't have physical cards available and that we'd need to apply online. When Linda heard about this, she understood our situation and ultimately provided us with a solution that we were very satisfied with. She patiently resolved our issue. We're so grateful to her - thanks to Linda, our trip wasn't wasted!
Really shady tactics. I was sold a new line and the associate named Will quietly put additional perks on it insisting they were “free.” When I asked for a rundown of my new monthly bill, he said it would take a few days to reflect and that I can’t view it there. Upon checking on my bill later, there were multiple additional monthly costs attached to my account. When I tried to remove the costs from my account online, it prompted me that I needed to call in to remove them. Overall, a huge headache.
