They never answer the phone
I visited a Verizon store to ask about home internet plans, but the experience was quite disappointing. The staff member who assisted me seemed very unenthusiastic and uninterested in helping. Instead of trying to understand my needs or provide useful information, they kept implying that they mainly handle mobile plans and didn’t know much about home internet. They don’t actually do anything here. Horrible customer service.
If you want business, please follow up and provide better customer service. I was told the phone I ordered for pick up in store was not available, ask for an optional color choice phone they had in their inventory in back, customer rep stated that’s not how that works. I simply walked out and had it delivered to me instead.
Can't get a human on the phone at this store!
