I had an excellent experience at this Verizon store location. The level of customer service was outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. It’s rare to find a store that goes above and beyond to make sure you leave completely satisfied, but that’s exactly what I experienced here. Craig made sure to find me all the possible discounts that I didn’t even know I was eligible for. He got my bill lowered with no hassles.
