I purchased a new phone yesterday and got to work with Faith. She was so attentive and patient with transferring my new phone. All my questions were answered, couldn’t have had a better experience!
This is a great Location! Not sure why there negative reviews but this location is great! I came in for a new line and the sales person George I think… was really nice and helpful. I was also greeted by two members of management Faith and Isaiah, they made me feel valued and good about my decision to join from another carrier. All in all a great experience A++

Kayla W. was phenomenal! i have been a Verizon customer for a10+ years now. My expectations with their retail customer service has always been low based on passed experiences. Its never about the customer, its about the sale. Kayla showed me wrong! She wasn't just trying to 'sell'' me a new phone. She was actually trying to help a fellow consumer but suggesting where we can lower my bill, her beneficial suggestions, and being extremely patience why trying to decide the color phone i wanted. if you're a customer of this store... read more
