Good anf knowledgeable staff. Quick service for all we had to do that day.
Had a serious problem with 4 lines that were transferred from AT&T to Verizon, and process highly problematic. The store mgr at the Millenia Mall location resolved all issues. Very patient, calm, methodical and attentive. He did what AT@T, Empire Sales Rep, Verizon Field Tech failed to do. His name is Alex. .

Alex The Manager deserves more than 5 stars! I came to the Verizon store with a new phone and several account problems that had become worse after spending days trying to resolve them by calling customer service people by phone. Alex, the manager, took the time to carefully sort everything out and fix the issues correctly. What impressed me most was his patience, knowledge and dedication.
