My wife and I went and got a new account with Verizon. We were having many issues getting things set up and it was a nightmare due to the other carrier. Stephanie and the guys there were amazing, super helpful and very patient. It's a pain to deal with customer service and stuff on the phone and we all suffered, but helped each other through lol, they were great honest
