I went in a couple days ago and bought a zag screen protector from them which cost me 65$ I dropped my phone from less then a foot up and the screen protector broke, I went in and bought a new one because I never registered the first one? Had my problem my account resolved really quickly! Good service. They didn't treat me like a 2nd class citizen because I'm prepaid either, I was worried I'd have to send a fax to the head office or something.
