I'm very displeased at this point I have been trying to get my internet set up in home. I've spent almost an hour 34 days in a row. Trying to get it set up the boxes. Don't work. They can't seem to figure it out. They told me they would call me back Sunday, no phone call. Told me I could just go into the store. Pick up the boxes that will be all set up. I could take it home. Excellent! Uncle went above & beyond in his service. I went in for a new phone. Uncle patiently spent time explaining everything, answered my questions; and he stands out as one of the finest examples of what customer service should be! Miles & all other polite and patient guys who helped me (a senior) were fabulous! This store runs very well and is super organized. This is a true Verizon store, not one of those 3rd party ones. Staff here are very knowledgeable. I drive out of my way to come to this Verizon location.

I had several issues and Anthony solved/fixed them all. I will continue to utilize this store and tho I'm older (76) he and the other young guys were very respectful and friendly.
