The worst service I've ever received. I'll have to switch to another company. They don't care if I leave Verizon. I wasn't treated politely and was mistreated. The service was terrible, and there's no resolution to my case. They wanted to leave me without service; it's a disaster. The place was packed and we still only waited a few minutes. The Verizon rep from Boston made our experience enjoyable
We came in to update our phones and change plans. The guy who helped us was great, until he wasn't. He left to go into back room to speak with a manager and never came back. We dealt with2 other people to get us finished with our purchases and setup. Then, it took almost a week to get customer service at Verizon to fix our phones! All of our phone calls were coming through as private caller. Then 2 or the 4 phones we had kept wanting to make SOS phone calls. What a nightmare!!!!!
