Had my problem my account resolved really quickly! Good service. They didn't treat me like a 2nd class citizen because I'm prepaid either, I was worried I'd have to send a fax to the head office or something.
I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service I received from Dena at the store located at 1405 SE Everett Mall Way, Ste. A, Everett, WA, 98208 5/8/25 Excellent customer service, took 10 minutes compared to the unsuccessful 4.5 hours spent on the phone the day before! She is also very pleasant.
