Verizon just plain sucks, go some where else
It was not an unpleasant experience. Zachariah Peterson listened to my needs, and put up with my prickly personality and, I feel, gave me a great deal.
Great experience at this Verizon location. The team was professional and genuinely committed to resolving customer issues. A special thank you to James, who put in outstanding effort to work through my issue and made sure it was fully resolved , his dedication and patience were truly appreciated. I also want to recognize Zach Peterson for his helpfulness and great attitude throughout the visit. It is always refreshing to deal with a team that takes customer service seriously. Highly recommend this location!
The manager walked around the whole time just asking who people were and saying someone else would be with you . 50 minutes later he answered some of our questions and we left. What a joke!
Service was excellent, Zachary the sales assistant did a fantastic job
