The worst customer service I've ever experienced was this morning at the Verizon Store on Snowden Dr., Columbia, MD. Verizon employee, David, was the rudest person I've ever encountered at a store. Apparently, he thinks it is ok to yell at people and treat them like animals. I've filed a complaint with Verizon.
After hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue acquiring a transfer pin I was directed to go to the Verizon wireless store. THANKFULLY it was finally resolved quickly and easily. I wanted to give a huge shout out to Joey for helping me out and resolving this issue quickly and easliy!!!!
Huge thanks to Warren and Joseph at Verizon! My phone had severe water damage and wouldn't turn on. They were incredibly quick and effective, even contacting my insurance company for me when I couldn't. Thanks to them, I now have a new phone. Excellent service!
I am having a hell of a time with Verizon, generally: I called to get a new phone and convert from prepaid to postpaid, and someone royally effed up everything. Now my number is "in limbo," and as of 230pm today, I hadn't had cell service for 4 days. Eventually, I spoke with a very helpful manager (Addie) over the phone who finally swooped in like my own personal Wonder Woman goddess and helped me out. I would like to file a formal complaint regarding the service I received from one of your employees, Jovon. At the start of our interaction, I explained which phone I wanted, including the color, storage size, and that I intended to pay for it in full. Despite this, he proceeded to process my order, telling me how much my monthly bill would increase and mentioning I had 30 days to return the trade-in device.
