I had a phenomenal experience with Bert at Verizon on Snowden Square Dr. in Columbia, MD. He quickly handled my account, & I didn’t have to wait at all. This was truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Needed a new cell and they were very understanding and helpful about my new cell and set it up for me. Very professional help by Warren.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced was this morning at the Verizon Store on Snowden Dr., Columbia, MD. Verizon employee, David, was the rudest person I've ever encountered at a store. Apparently, he thinks it is ok to yell at people and treat them like animals. I've filed a complaint with Verizon.
After hours on the phone trying to resolve an issue acquiring a transfer pin I was directed to go to the Verizon wireless store. THANKFULLY it was finally resolved quickly and easily. I wanted to give a huge shout out to Joey for helping me out and resolving this issue quickly and easliy!!!!
Huge thanks to Warren and Joseph at Verizon! My phone had severe water damage and wouldn't turn on. They were incredibly quick and effective, even contacting my insurance company for me when I couldn't. Thanks to them, I now have a new phone. Excellent service!
