I've been a Verizon customer for well over a decade. Every time I think about switching to get a lower bill, this store reminds me why I stay. Jacob was fantastic! He looked over our bill and showed us a few things we could change to lower our bill by $50! Also gave us a router to try out for free. It works great! That will save us another $100 a month! Plus he was super helpful with correcting an issue with our warranty and my wife is getting a new watch today. Super helpful, super grateful! I honestly don't know what these... read more

I’m so sorry I switched from Verizon after 23 years. I went to AT&T and it has been absolute chaos. We moved six lines and it was a month of phones not working, multiple trips to stores, and literally hours of phone calls for weeks. This is a review stating I’M AN IDIOT FOR SWITCHING FROM VERIZON. STAY WITH THEM!!!!!!!!!

DO NOT GO TO VERIZON!! I’d love to say it’s just this store in general but it is NOT. the young man who “ helped” us today did a lot of help by rolling his eyes, correcting me when it wasn’t necessary and giving me no explanation or actual tangible help, he actually started arguing with me instead of trying to explain the overcharges on my account. Be sure to get the right person if you want professional conduct. We got “C***” who was more concerned with being right than helping. He made us call corporate to do the job because he couldn’t do it - (while he complained about us to other employees in the back room which unfortunately we could hear. He apparently thought that, although we were nice, our request to keep a phone number without the previous owners DPP was unreasonable.)
