OZ was super awesome ! Highly recommend going here. He made the visit super easy and we all got our phones upgraded and a new number was so easy to get with his help.

Awesome experience. I normally avoid going into Verizon but Maritsa was super helpful patient and answered all my questions. Normally I purchase my upgrades via the app but going in this time was worth it.
