Customer service (young African American guy in the pictures) is horrible. He calculated my early termination fee for $900 and When I called Verizon, they did it for $160!
Ask for Ryan Ridley. He's the best.

Wow. Customer service isn't so great. Guy was more interested in texting than ringing up my purchase.
Parking is horrible and there's always a wait. Haven't had a problem with customer service here before though.
