Will never be going here again and regret switching to Verizon spent 3 hours in the store trying to get this phone turned on and ordered just for them to lie to me about when my phone would be in now I have no no timetable for whenever my new phone will come in and about to have to pay more money to order another one no help at all don’t go here

after 2 hours on the phone with tech support, and one visit to the Tanger store - dont ever go there, they will tell you they cant help, and they cannot. I visited the Rivers Store - everyone was so kind and thought outside the box of what they could do for me. Barbara especially spent the time with me helping me add a line to my account, after about 35 minutes, my original phone that I thought was dead, reset. Stephy.. the assistant manager has lots to learn… actually you should consider other career paths since customer service is obviously not what you want to do. To begin with, she answers the phone like she answering her personal cell phone.. her attitude towards my questions gave me the impression that she was actually annoyed by having to answer those questions… If you dont want to do the job you’re being paid to do, then go home.
