absolute trash tier customer service got told to leave due to them being "too busy" rude staff do not come here come anywhere else but here trash!
Bought a phone yesterday. Woke up this morning it was cut off . Went to the nearest Verizon (this one ) and the added a SIM card . Cool . I get home and see a email where $25 home device protection has been added to my account from this store . I came in about a cell phone not any home devices.
Custmor service great
My latest experience with this particular store was absolutely horrible. While my new phone was being set up in store, it was obvious that the lunch order was more important than the customers in the store. I purchased a Zagg screen protector to be applied by the representative I was working with. I'm not even sure how this was possible, but one entire side of the screen protector did not stick.
