All employees are very nice. Never a long wait. Love going to the River Ave store.

6:30 pm on Sat. 12/27/25. Empty store. 4 employees all sitting. My wife, son and I needed help. No one got up or offered any help of any kind. Didn’t even end up giving me insurance contact info. No one was interested in doing anything… even standing up! I’m taking my 5 lines to another carrier. If ur staying with Verizon, go to West Ashley or Mount Pleasant.
I hate this provider. Worst customer service ever. WAS ON PHONE FOR TWO HOURS AND STILL NO RESOLUTION!!!!!!
