I bought 2 new phones about a week ago - one for me and one for my son. I knew what I wanted, a Google Pixel 9 and an iPhone 1600, so they didn't need to do alot of work explaining to me. I'm sorry, I know I'm gonna butcher your name, but Leatreasa absolutely turned my experience around. I suspended service on a line (grounded my kid) and went back to activate the line...and the line was not on my account anymore. I chatted with the bot and it just kept asking me if I needed more help and never answered my question. I called and asked for customer service to help with what i thought would be a trivial issue, but the guy i got was trying to give me a promotion and a new phone and line. Great people working in this store! Much better than getting on the phone with customer service. They are friendly, efficient and know what they are doing. Megan assisted me in getting a new phone at the same time she was helping another couple and it didn't effect the level of service I was getting. Great people, great Service!
Excellent experience! I needed a new phone case and Best Buy didn't have anything decent for a Galaxy S23 Ultra. I went to the Verizon app and found a nice Otter Box case. I was pleasantly surprised to see the case was in stock at my local store AND I would be able to check out online and pick up from a locker inside the store. Using the locker was easy and convenient. UPDATE Had another opportunity to deal with the great staff at this location. This time for myself. Travis and Taneaka were absolutely amazing. It is very clear when someone actually loves what they do. A huge thank you to both of them for making it yet another flawless experience. Absolutely The Best staff ever. Went through countless trouble helping my mother move her contacts from her damaged phone to her new one. My mother is 75 and would have been lost with a new number and no contacts.
