Nova was extremely knowledgeable about Verizon plans and resolved issues with our service. Great customer service.
Negative 100 stars. The “person / associate” at the store told me to my face “the case number means shit to us at the corporate store”. For weeks now my parents have been fighting this claim. Now Verizon shut off our phones due to them not acknowledging a payment weeks ago. Bank statements show it going through. My parents had to be emergency evacuated due to the fires out west while on vacation and are without service.
