This place is awful. I went in for a quick fix. I just needed someone to see why my hotspot isn’t working. The guy said he could help me after a few other people. We sat and waited. After he was done with them, he literally ran out the door, right past us. He didn’t say a word. There was a girl there too, she didn’t even acknowledge our existence. We left. Don’t bother going to this store. They don’t care. Verizon should not have these people representing them.
