My experience was very good. Glenn was knowledgable and friendly. His focus was on us and our needs. Answered all questions and his teaching was understandable.

The experience in the store was great. However, once we received our first bill it was $30 more than what we agreed to in store. When I reached out they said that one of the discounts “didn’t stick.” Giving three stars because they did reach a solution that was mediocre. They credited the amount on my bill which would cover a couple months but then our monthly after that would be the same. We left agreeing on a price and left paying more because it “didn’t stick.” Felt pretty deceiving just to get us to sign up.

My wife and both needed to get new phones spent a few hours with Brandon R who was absolutely wonderful. He went through our account showing us where we could save a good amount with a new contract. He presented a plan where we traded our old phones for the Apple 17, and with incentives we were able to add two more devices for less than our original plan. Was on the phone with 611 customer support and they were unable to give me a credit with auto pay fees and referred me to a corporate store. Rich and Glenn were extremely helpful, clear to understand, made this process easy to resolve and were able credit the rightful amount back to my account.
