Exceptional! I came in last week to trade out my phone for a new one and had the pleasure of meeting Wess. She's engaging, smart, and patiently helped me transfer all of the data from my old to new device despite the store being very busy and near closing time. Verizon company itself I would give 3 stars, but I want to give a five star shout-out to BRAD at the Academy location in Colorado Springs for his patient, tenacious help for my 86 year old mother in law with a crazy fiasco with her phone account being accidentally closed while she was out of the country. He was amazing and stuck with us after other employees bailed. I hope he gets a raise and is promoted. They claimed they could not turn on my new phone unless I was an account manager. That was a lie. He sent me to ubreakifix to have everything transferred on my new phone since my old phone broke. I went to a different Verizon and they turned on the new phone. My daughter was able to transfer all my apps in less than three minutes. I did not need to spend over $200 to find out if they could do this job. Teach your people how to do simple things for customers. It will go a long way towards repeat business
