We attempted to upgrade one of our 6 phones with Verizon here on 7/20. Gave our name and number at the door and waited while 3 sales people helped others. After waiting 20 minutes for one of them to be free, the one guy is finished and disappears in the back without a word. He comes out several minutes later and tells us he only has 2 people who can help while he walked away and sat by the door helping no one. Really? Inability to deliver phone when promised. Ordered phone on June 28th. Paid extra for overnight delivery and am now told delivery will take at least a week (Jul 4-5, maybe).
