Staff made sure customers were satisfied.
Please go to any Verizon but this one. You can carve you day out if you like and spend several hours waiting for help. Or you can go to a different Verizon and get in and out and on with your day. I felt sorry for the staff as they did not seem happy to be working here and were sniping at each other. I know after covid that customer service in so many places has been lacking, but this is one of the worst examples of it. Does anyone want our business anymore??
I wish I could give this location zero stars. I went in seeking help after accidentally dropping my iPhone in the toilet, hoping to get it repaired or at least find out about options for a new phone until the iPhone 16 comes out next month. Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing, and it’s clear that the staff here need better training in customer service. Checked in, got confirmation, said I'd get a text, waited in car while kid watched a show there with the verizon app open on my phone and the status went from 3, 2, next, with a list of things I could do to prepare, then back to 5 people ahead of me without a text or anything.
