Don’t waste your time one of the employees so me and my son walk in looking at us didn’t even say anything went back to her phone didn’t help I asked can you help us she said with one finger while she texting on her phone we will be right with you than sat down we waited for 15 minutes asked again the employee with attitude said what do you want than I said never mind thanks for your time and with attitude from the employee she said ok bye
It's Verizon... Just like any of the other "Anywhere USA" store, the experience is would probably expect. The service is good, but it's often crowded and when you walk in the door you check in and get put in queue. The employees have always been knowledgeable and helpful when I've walked into this particular Verizon. It's not the employees you have to watch out for, it's corporate. ;)
Worst experience ever! I see 3 employees sitting down talking and 2 assisting customers. I waited 35-40 minutes and then I just said “I’m curious why 3 of you are just sitting here not assisting don’t want to bother you if it’s your lunch time . One said “I check in and the other is the manager so she only supervise “. Didn’t say anything for the 3rd employee that was chatting the whole time with the “manager”. Wish I could give it a 0 …. Walked in no one greeted me for 10mins. Now I’ve be currently waiting over 45mins then they proceed to help another lady buy a case that turned into her needing help with something on her phone. Which is crazy because I’m still waiting in line Ill NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!
