They're always so nice plus there's always plenty of people to help you, unlike t-mobil which i loved but I detested trying to get waited on so I switched to Verizon.
My iPhone took an unfortunate swim in the pool and I was excited to learn that I was eligible for a free upgrade. I visited the store and was able to upgrade. Because my old phone was not operational, I was handed a box with the new phone, some (worthless) instructions on how to download from the iCloud and a list of technical support phone numbers. All this after paying a 35.00 activation fee. Good news is that I am writing this review from my new (free) iPhone 16Pro.
On May 18, 2025, I had a positive experience at Verizon Wireless Montague Avenue. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff, particularly Miss A. Sayles, the Retail Specialist, who went above and beyond to assist me with the process of upgrading my devices. Her exceptional service and patience made the entire experience truly memorable.
