If I could rate it 0 I would. No help at all. I have had my phone for five years was looking to upgrade and there was no help towards that at all. I had a free upgrade thing in my plan and the girl never mentioned it once she was to busy talking on the phone to someone
We’ve been a loyal Verizon customer for over 7 years. My husband went into this store today to try and resolve a problem he is having with his phone. There has been absolutely no damage to his phone. It is clearly a troubleshooting problem on the phones end. Not one single employee here was willing to help him resolve the problem. Very disappointed and will look to switch carriers.
