Kat was amazing at helping me find a new phone! We upgraded my services and even saved me money with adding Hulu. Shes an amazing salesperson and a great asset to that store.
Pathetic excuse of customer service. No direct line to speak to someone in the store. The contract price is vastly lower than the actual price they will charge you, not to mention there is no way to dispute the charge. Not to mention they attempted to charge MORE MONEY for folks who lost service during a NATURAL DISASTER. Disgusting and revolting company, employees, and products.

I received an email saying my ipad hadn't been activated. It was activated and working fine. I went to this Verizon store to make sure everything was fine. They were very incompetent. They couldn't understand that I had 2 ipads on my account. Finally about 2 hours later and many phone calls to customer service I left and was assured everything was fine. The next day my ipad quit working. Then I had to call customer service myself. They told me that they changed my plan and a lot of other things that shouldn't have happened. ... read more
