It doesn't work in Rutherfordton, NC. Also the Forest city office is the worst!!!!!! I feel this is the worst company ever.
Probably the best experience I've had in any cellphone store. Very helpful and polite staff that took care of me.
Awful experience. Anyone with basic technical knowledge I can guarantee will be more knowledgeable than the representatives here. One rep told me my phone was locked and he couldn't do anything to help me, meanwhile I have another rep trying to sell me some BS in my ear. Regardless, my issue was not solved until 3 hours later with a representative over the phone. This location is awful and really does not help Verizon's rep.
