Awful experience. Anyone with basic technical knowledge I can guarantee will be more knowledgeable than the representatives here. One rep told me my phone was locked and he couldn't do anything to help me, meanwhile I have another rep trying to sell me some BS in my ear. Regardless, my issue was not solved until 3 hours later with a representative over the phone. This location is awful and really does not help Verizon's rep.
Tyler was very helpful, knowledgeable and made the process go smoothly. I would recommend this store especially Tyler by name!
It doesn't work in Rutherfordton, NC
There was 6 employees on the floor. 2 of them helping costumers after 1 hour 2 more started to help. Was there for more than 1 hour waiting finally left. After 1 hour and 1/2 I left. Signed in costume #4 left that much later as #3
