I arrived at Verizon in Forest City, NC at 9:55a today. There were two people working with one customer each. Eight more people were in line. All I needed was a credit on my account. I had already called Verizon twice trying to get the error corrected. Two more employees arrived in store at 10:30a or so. I got helped at 10:55a. The manager did correct the problem. This store used to always have at least four employees there. It serves all of Rutherford county.
This has to be the worst Verizon store I have ever been too. There is no organization or communication. You just sit around and wait forever.
LOVE LOVE LOVE SHELBY!!!! he is great, super friendly, humor is a 10 which is a must when spending $$$$! highly recommend him if you visit forest city’s verizon
