Horrible experience at the store in Florence Trail, Apple Valley, MN. The manager, Tim (didn’t want to give me his last name) was extremely rude and we felt he didn’t want us in his store. He did not even attempt to understand what we wanted let alone help us. Find a different store to do your business with Verizon.

Mohamed is an incredible sales associate here. He is kind, understanding, transparent, and doesn't try to up sell you on ANYTHING. I have been with Verizon for 19 years, and this was the best experience I have ever had, hands down. I will definitely come back to this location and to Mohamed if he is there.

Brian was the best employee at the apple valley verizon store he help me out with a terrible problem with my phone system and was willing to stay after hours for me. So that we could get something figured out.Thank you very much Brian for all your help

I rank upgrading phones right up there with having wisdom teeth removed or getting a colonoscopy. Needs to be done, but there is no way it's going to be pleasant. Writing this review because the service at this store was so outstanding. We had a "phone emergency" situation and Anthony was thorough, patient and tenacious in finding the best plan for us (our cost went down! when does that ever happen?) and a solution that worked for our whole family (some who were out of state).
