Excellent experience! Tom was very knowledgeable and friendly helping us with choosing phones and plans. Ryan was also very friendly while things were getting set up. Great customer service.
Verizon is the worst if you're looking for good coverage in rural areas and their phone reps are terrible! What brought me to writting this review is that I feel like I was scammed into buying a phone from the place. The scam being that youre being sold a locked phone but after paying it off to switch to a different provider, because Verizon's coverage is the worst, I guess there's a clause in the original contract that the phone you purchase from Verizon is locked for at least 365 days of paid service. Best experience I’ve ever had dealing with any “tech” issues. I’m old; hate dealing with technology of any kind. We’ve needed to make an internet change for some time, but I’ve suffered with bad internet just to avoid dealing with it. Mohamed (specialist) and Bryce (manager) at the Apple Valley MN store made this experience great, even enjoyable! Hard to believe, but true! Stopped in the check out some options as a new customer, Joe took great care of us and got us all setup, unfortunately we realized afterwards that the transfers didn't fully work, Joe stepped up and helped get everything right with the new phones and now everything is working great. Wasn't quite as smooth as we hoped, but the excellent customer service and attention to details helped make everything (quickly) alright in the end. Overall great experience.
