Got a replacement phone, the replacement phone wasn’t working properly so I went into Apple Valley Verizon. They told me they couldn’t help me at all and that I needed to call a 888 number. Went to Burnsville and they did everything for me. The guy at the front door in apple valley wouldn’t even add me to the que to speak to someone. Just told me they couldn’t help me.

I came into the store a couple months ago and the associates were super helpful when I upgraded my phone to the iPhone 16 Pro. The phone has been working great and I love the camera on it. Then I came in again just recently for a cracked screen protector and they were able to help me same day. Very well run store. Shout out to Tim and David, plus bonus for David being a US Army Vet. 20 year Verizon customer and recent visits exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend this store.
