My family had a great experience at this location. The staff truly goes above and beyond for their customers. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and helpful, taking the time to make sure nothing felt rushed. It’s clear they really care about providing excellent service.
Bryce and a few other people here are probably the only reason I still have Verizon service. Using Verizon customer service the past few days and months has been a total mess! The people here have been happy to help every time I’ve stopped in.
I've had some pretty nice customer service from Verizon over the years. I've also had some bad. The bad customer service I have received was over the phone and not with this place really. Just a heads up for future reference 2 things I wish I would have known prior: The wireless 'puck' for wifi required a separate phone number and billing. It isn't 'just' a cell phone bill. 2nd Verizon holds onto your account data for 90 days past cancellation/transfer.
Pretty messed up business practices: I switched carries about 2months ago. I am still receiving bills in the form of 0.00 USD. Why does Verizon need to retain my information? I went to the store to request they remove my PII. I was told It was a Verizon policy to keep records for 90 days incase customer wanted to swap back to Verizon. Went It on New Year’s Day at about noon. I didn’t get name of guy who helped me trade in/upgrade my phone but he was awesome very helpful got right in and out. Amazing customer service an very quick when I went!
