I bought a galaxy zfold 6 with case in February, a $2000 purchase. The case was almost $100 and it broke immediately. When I returned the case they were not able to issue a refund due to a glitch in the system. I was told that I would receive a refund by check in the mail within 2 to 3 weeks, and I should come back to the store if I did not receive the check. 5 weeks later I went into the store to see if I could get my refund. Brian was an interesting sales person. When I told him I’d been with Verizon since 2008 and wanted a new phone, Brian explained to me how Verizon does not value long term customers. He said that in the stock market, all that matters is the next quarterly result. They are REALLY important. Therefore Verizon values new business opportunities, over existing customers. This has to be the best Verizon store. Folks work there are just about awesome. I went to check offers as T mobile customer and came out as Verizon customer. Worked with David and Tim and i must say they are just awesome folks. They are there for helping customers in best possible way. So much of patience and positivity. I really thank David for answering all my questions and helping me to be Verizon customer.

I love this location! They're always super efficient with getting us through even when it's super busy! Brian took great care of us today, but we always receive excellent service here.
