I do not post many reviews, but I felt the need in this case. I have made someone on my account an account manager and for some reason this particular store claimed I 'must be doing something wrong' - being that they cannot see the person I made an account manager within their systems. I have screenshots that clearly list the person as an account manager, I have used '1 of 3' as available account managers. Great, Muhammad was very helpful.
Oh! Where do I start? Some customer helpers were pretty good at their jobs including customer engament. Management was poor and other client helpers seemed as if they were on punishment to perform their tasks.
It was quick just went in to pay my bill at the kiosk.
