Only been here once. Found that the staff member I was worked with to arrogant and push his thoughts of what I should do, but was friendly. I don't think got what was best for me and feel I was over sold on a phone I don't need.

For many years, I have experienced the utmost in Customer Care at this location and consistently so from several individuals. Each time that I have a need that is to be addressed by Verizon, and when Maria is ‘in the house’, my issue/s are efficiently resolved and in timely fashion. How rewarding it is to be treated as a person each time. Thank you, Maria, for you are a consummate professional!
Worst Customer Service experience I have ever had
I came to Verizon with my Apple 15 Pro Max phone with issues of voice over and black curtain. I had spent two hours with Apple Support the night before and they could not resolve the problem. Hannah continued to work with the phone even after I said I would just buy a new phone as I had to take care of and stay in touch with my mother and our Caregiver.
