I can't afford to pay $120 for the phone I broke so Verizon will not give me another phone and I now losing 4 months of doordash progress and spark progress because Verizon can't give me another phone because I'm too poor. We brought in a 7 month old goggle pixel 9 that quit working. The manager couldn't get the phone to work and told us since we didn't have insurance he couldn't help us. He told us to go to the geek squad! The geek squad tried but the phone is defective. Geek squad also mentioned this phone comes with a 1 year manufacturer warranty. The next day we go to new castle verizon and have a new phone being shipped to us. Do better hermitage verizon

Only been here once. Found that the staff member I was worked with to arrogant and push his thoughts of what I should do, but was friendly. I don't think got what was best for me and feel I was over sold on a phone I don't need.
