On October 17, 2025, I visited the Verizon store in Hermitage, PA to assist my 75-year-old mother with her billing concerns. What followed was the worst customer service experience I’ve ever encountered. Josh, the representative assigned to us, was rude, condescending, patronizing, and dismissive from the outset. I asked for a printout of the last three months of itemized charges to help identify any unnecessary services. I was ready to switch cellular providers due to frustration from technical difficulties, until I spoke to Brian from this Hermitage location. Brian was very knowledgeable and helped me tremendously! Wow. I went to Verizon store in Hermitage today. This young man helped me. I know I really bugged him, but he handled it all with smiles and kindness. He was so helpful to this old lady. I was amazed at his knowledge, kindness and especially his exceptional attitude to handle a very difficult customer. Kudos to Taylor. I had the absolutely best customer service today from a young man named Mason at the Hermitage Pa store! My Mother got amazing home internet and all set up with cell phone service. They all, every employee there was an absolute gentleman. They took their time with my Mom answered her questions professionally, and even when we needed extra help when we got home, they were right on it! TOP OF THE LINE AMAZING!!
