I walked in here to get a new phone and was met with smiles and very helpful transferring everything. Kaci was so friendly too!
Our retail agent Seth H. Was truly awesome he went above and beyond to set up a new customer account. The other employees at this establishment were not helpful and when asked if they would turn the music down they just stated you can move up the other side. I did not appreciate there behavior. They did nothing but look at their phones most of the time.
Do not and I repeat do not get an iPhone air. They are overheating. I am on my 3rd one. They will sell it to you and tell you it’s an excellent phone and battery life is amazing. That’s a lie!!! I have had nothing but trouble with this phone and Verizon will not make it Right.
On Saturday 01-31-2026, my son and I came to Alexandria location in hopes to remedy an issue that we were having. The lady who was behind the desk ( Casey ) listened to us as we explained our problem. After telling her, she did not waste no time, immediately, she began to tackle the issue. Thru her making a few phone calls, she “GOT “ our problem solved!!! HUGE THANK YOU to Casey for her assistance. She is truly an asset to this business!!!
