Tiphani was great! Helped me get a good deal on a new iPhone and I was in and out of there very quickly. She’s also very friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell she’s skilled in the trade and has been working in the mobile device field for a long time. Highly recommend.

The experience made me decide to leave Verizon after 15 years after the way I was talked to by management. I asked about paying my bill and getting information about an upgrade or if I decide to go somewhere else what would I need to do. Was told that sorry since they where not a corporate location they could not help me out with anything. When I asked why was told they could help me if I wanted to buy something but other than that they could not help. They made my decision easy to leave.
Mrs Erica & Kaci were very helpful, friendly & did great with helping change services from AT&T. I thoroughly enjoyed there conversations and getting me set up.
