Upgraded to latest iPhone 16 Pro Max on 6/11/25. Marcus was extremely patient and efficient as usual. We upgraded two phones last year with his assistance. Returned today as I had issues with an incomplete transfer. Kevin spent 2 hours updating and completing the necessary steps to move everything to the new phone. Problem was with the VPN.
