Very helpful and polite
Waited for 45 minutes. One guy helped two people who walked in during our wait. He then stood around and visited with coworkers.
If I could give zero stars I would. Was a new customer switching over buying a new phone and watch for my daughter. Trading my old phone. They told me if I bought in person, instead of online that I would get a $200 e-gift card Applied to the transaction they never did. I gave the sales rep a good survey after sale because I used to work in sales. I know how those count, but I wish I could take it back because I went back.
