I was overbilled for months and nobody could give me an answer why. The billing statement was as vague as possible. My business rep Tim has never followed up on my voicemails and only responded once via text once i called the store requesting him. I feel like there isn't a member of the team looking out for me as a customer. 1 star is too many. 0/10 experience for sure. Id recommend a month to month phone plan and stay away from Verizon.
Honestly Verizon shouldn’t even get 1 star, it is a negative 5. The reps are absolutely terrible and only care about helping if they earn commission. Me and my partner waited in this store for almost 2 hours talking to a AI bot to fix our problem, while the reps did nothing because “they couldn’t help”. Which is absolutely ridiculous
