Caleb O was friendly, funny and more importantly very helpful and informative. He helped me save money on my plan and my upgrade to a new phone. He explained everything simply ( my mom is not very savvy with electronics). She is a happy with the results.
Bad experience i am a business account I have insurance for all my lines with Verizon and my phone start being crazy working so I had to go to the store see what they gonna do with me and this is was Sunday they order a new phone for me and they said Monday you will receive it to work with it, I am still waiting for the order (new phone) 3days with no work
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I will not be returning to this store. When going to return my grandmas phone for a trade in I was given issues and told it was “already accessed by another store and had been turned in” mind you I had this phone in my hand. I spoke to Matthew a bigger, younger man who told me that due to me not being an account holder that he should not even be speaking to me about the situation even though I am on the plan.
