I had the unfortunate experience of getting scammed over Black Friday weekend and was pressured into adding 2 extra lines that I didn't need in order to get two "free" iPhones. The salesman said that the difference would be somewhere in the range of $3 more per month, which sounded fishy but the man seemed trustworthy so we went with it. Now I am stuck with a bill I can't afford and two lines I can't cancel or else I have to pay back $2k for the phones. Had an apt at 5. 3 employees working the day before xmas eve. None of them made eye contact or checked on us or the 5 people that formed a line. Wasn’t helped until 5:30. Worked with Skylar. He was an absolute idiot, no help explaining new plans. He was extremely rude and condescending to my 70 yo mom. They had my new phone in front of me, but couldnt find it in the system so we had to order it. After over 2 hrs, we left with 2/3 new phones, neither set up. Done w Verizon

I took my son to the store to get a new phone after having it checked from Apple and realizing there was no hope to get it to work. It was fairly busy and everyone was working with a customer. It wasn’t too long-maybe 5 minutes-and someone came to check us in. We had about an hour wait so we did some shopping and came back. Another worker greeted us to see if we needed checked in when we got back and told us we only had one more person ahead of us at that time. We didn’t have to wait too much longer.
