We had a great experience at this store! Jeff is the nicest guy and just an all around gem. He helped us with our complicated upgrade and made the experience enjoyable. Jeff went above and beyond. Coolest dude!

Went to this store on 2/15 to exchange a phone for my husband. Walked in and no one even looked up or even offered to help us. We had to go to a desk and literally sit down and interrupt conversations with 3 female employees to get help. There were 5 employees sitting around just doing nothing. After we finally got someone's attention and the employee that finally looked up to help us, looked so bothered by doing her job. THEN we witnessed another employee eye rolling at us. Jeff help my son set upthis watch for his cell. Showed them everything that needed to be done and make sure it worked before we left. They should hire more people like him. He's a good guy.

Stopped by to pick up the new phone that I purchased online. Asked the sales guy if they sell a charger that will allow me to connect my iPhone to Apple CarPlay. He sold me a Belkin brand USBa to USBc knowing damn well that it won’t work. It has to be an Apple brand charger (because Apple is also corrupt). Prime example why the general public does not trust sales people and despise big corporations.

Wow, don’t even know where to start. I worked with Beverly from the door. Customer service through the roof. Quickly, efficiently and tolerated my over examination of things. I had even went to get sushi in the midst of setting everything up, Jackson and as kind enough to get myself, my rep and our client plates and forks. Spoke with Drew some as friendly and accommodating as well. Thanks again guys! Will return for everything!
