I had an amazing experience at the Verizon store thanks to Matthew! He was exceptionally professional, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. Super misleading store experience. Started a mobile account a few months ago, they made it clear that I was enrolled in auto pay and would receive a discount for also having a home internet account. Now it's 2 months later, and I'm getting emails that look super scammy saying my bill is outstanding. They did not enroll me in auto pay. AND, it took dozens of calls to 1800-verizon to even get the mobile+home discount, of course that couldn't have been convenient. I wish I did not start a Verizon mobile account.
