TL:DR They sign you up for service you don't want. Don't do their job. Long wait for literally no reason. And try to charge you extra to do the bare minimum. This is a corporate location but dont tell them that specific word, "lawyer" or they will kick you out. Even if you're trying to report that one of their companies agents who signed you up for your service, then got your phone number without your permission then started harassing you. Don't shop with verizon, they're not helpful. Their customer service is all automated and their bill is absolutely higher then they say it will be.

I had an amazing experience at the Verizon store thanks to Matthew! He was exceptionally professional, kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He made sure everything was completed accurately and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress free. Customer service of this caliber is uncommon.
