TL:DR They sign you up for service you don't want. Don't do their job. Long wait for literally no reason. And try to charge you extra to do the bare minimum. I went back to this particular store when it was time to upgrade my phone because my original experience was fantastic. My experience yesterday was the complete opposite to the point I was literally about to walk out in the middle of trying to get a new phone. I walked in knowing what I wanted. This is a corporate location but dont tell them that specific word, "lawyer" or they will kick you out. Even if you're trying to report that one of their companies agents who signed you up for your service, then got your phone number without your permission then started harassing you. Don't shop with verizon, they're not helpful. Their customer service is all automated and their bill is absolutely higher then they say it will be.
