I pay for the insurance on the everything but was told it doesn’t cover anything then was told have a good day and asked to leave. Went to a different store and got it figured out.
My fiance and I went into the settlers ridge location to inquire about upgrading my phone. The first specialist that helped us was fine despite some initial frustration/confusion regarding information received from Verizon customer service prior to going to the store. However, the specialist that helped us once it was our turn (Matthew) was incredibly confrontational and condescending. My wife's cellphone malfunctioned while visiting from Arizona requiring it to be replaced. Despite some negative online reviews and despite it being a busy Sunday, we were warmly greeted by manager Drew and quickly assisted by Cassie. She immediately explained the options for replacing the phone, and after we elected one, Cassie made it all happen within an hour which included transfer of data to the new phone. We couldn't have been more pleased and we heartily recommend this store and its great staff.
The employees at this store are swindlers and liars. They do not care about you or customer satisfaction. I would avoid it and Verizon.
