I was just there and was sitting there for 45 mins while watching new people come in and me getting skipped. I say something then continue to get skipped. So I left and I'm never going back. Would rather drive 35 minutes every time and go to the one in Sandusky. Terrible service.
Worst experience at Verizon stores in 15 years. Got told 4 different prices, manager had no idea on price and told me that there was no way it was right. When asked why there was difference from online to store, I got told I don’t know. For not being busy you can see why it’s not busy. Will never go back for anything. Verizon is great. This store is just the worst though.

I had more enjoyable experiences at a dentist office the people are slow not that busy of a day and they made it busy in there because everybody just waddled around not worried about how long it took ridiculous
Background music was way too loud, manager was rude, display phone alarms kept going off...

Horrible customer service, official complaint filed. Got what I needed done by calling customer service.
So this morning I went to Fremont Verizon to do an exchange for the Note 7 so my wife could get something else while I was there I decided to get a screen protector well the rep went to put the screen protector on the phone,the phone dropped it hit a steel bar that was behind the counter and cracked the screen and then I was able to get a new phone on their behalf so I switched out and got the S7 Edge and they were pretty busy did manage to get everything done and gave me a $25 credit on my account So a big thank you to Ruth... read more
I was jus there sat 15 min. No one checked me in or acknowledged me at all. They weren't very busy so I figured maybe they weren't checking people in so I sat there. 15 min after I got there other people walked in & they rushed to the door to check them in. I left & won't be back!
