If they actually provided the service that their sales people promised I would give higher marks. But when you are promised a service for a price that does not increase your bill, only to find out after the fact, your bill is going to increase by a third, AND the salesperson was wrong and there is nothing that do about it, I will not help expand their business.
You are Awesome!! Thank you for helping me get my phone back with find my phone ap. Way above the call of duty. I could never have done it by myself!
