Walked in while on a walk about- asked Krystal if she maybe could help with a slight problem I’ve been experiencing over the last few weeks since the last update a she grabbed my phone made a few adjustments- showed me what and how- then asked if it was ok to do the update- yep she handed back to me - I keyed in security code and bam updates began- as I wanted for approx 30-45 minutes I got to watch and experience what real caring customer service looks like- the way we used to see it- didn’t know it still existed- not only ... read more

If they actually provided the service that their sales people promised I would give higher marks. But when you are promised a service for a price that does not increase your bill, only to find out after the fact, your bill is going to increase by a third, AND the salesperson was wrong and there is nothing that do about it, I will not help expand their business.
