Today I was helped by a guy named Shannon and he was unbelievably patient and kind. I got an upgrade and at the last minute my grandmother decided she wanted to get an upgrade also. He helped us both, and didn't complain once . My grandma and uncle did ask a thousand questions and he answered all of them with a smile. He was awesome .
