Verizon is over priced and the phone tech cant solve problems most times when I call them. No longer with Verizon. They won't even take phone back and credit the bill owed for them. Satellite company's take thiet equipment back and take the cost off your bill. Why won't Verizon do that. I called and the person I talked to said they dont reimburse us.

Well this is my 4th lg4 and now having problems with this one, they have been replaced each time except for,the battery and the charger, now phone has to be charged several times a day, tells me to use the original charger. Called tech support again today since I've been told I would receive new battery back Nov was told to go online at ebay to buy on, also asked about the other phone that's was to be replaced by the insurance asurion lg5 that was on back order 7-10 days also back in Nov and they get the phone number from me... read more
